Housing:  Forms and Documents

While the College will make every effort to provide a room assignment, housing is not guaranteed

We encourage students to apply for housing as soon as they choose EGSC and complete the requirements listed below.  You do not have to be admitted in order to apply for housing. We will hold your materials until your admission status is confirmed.
 

STEPS TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE HOUSING APPLICATION
Please note that housing is available only on the Swainsboro campus. If you are an EGSC Augusta or Statesboro student, please contact your specific campus for more information on housing options in that area.

A new and improved online housing application process will be utilized beginning March 2018. Until then, please continue to follow the step by step process below.

Step 1: Complete the online housing application. (If you are under 18 at the time of application, you must complete the application with parent consent.)

Step 2: Submit your *$100 non-refundable housing application fee. (Application fee is subject to change and pending Board of Regents' approval) (The business office will begin accepting application fees for Fall 2018 on March 1, 2018)

Step 3: Complete and submit the Criminal Background Investigation Form (download and print the form, fill it out, sign it, and return it.)

Step 4: Submit the Housing Agreement. (The housing agreement for 2018-2019 has not yet been approved. Will be available beginning on March 1, 2018)

* While we will process your application upon receipt of all materials, remember to make sure you have been formally accepted to the college and that you have submitted all of your required admissions materials or you will not receive a housing assignment.

** Application and Reservation Fees may be paid by check or money order made payable to East Georgia State College, paid in cash in the Business Office, or paid over the phone by credit/debit card (PH: 478-289-2186). Please note we do not accept american express.

Making Payments: Housing Application Fee and Housing Reservation Fees may be paid in person at the Business Office (Cash, Check, Money Order) or paid over the phone with a credit/debit card. (Ph: 478-289-2186) We do not accept American Express.
