East Georgia State College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment. Students currently enrolled or former students who still have access to Banner Web, please use the following instructions to obtain an Enrollment Certificate:
To obtain a free Certification of Enrollment from our website:

  • Click here to visit myEGSC, the online student portal
  • Click the  Banner Web icon
  • Enter the Student User Name and Password and click the Log In button
  • Click on the BannerWeb icon to access the student account
  • Students who have forgotten their ID or password, click the help information
  • Click the Student menu
  • Click the Student Records menu
  • Click the National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verifications  link
  • Click Connect
  • Select an option such as a Current Enrollment or All Enrollment, then click Obtain an Enrollment Certificate
  • View or print the student certificate
  • For security, remember to LOG OFF from their web page and close the browser window
