The Marketing and Communications Department has implemented a request for services form that makes it very easy for you to submit a request.  It is short, quick and to-the-point.  This will help us to process your request in a timely manner, as well as receive sufficient information. 

Please use this form to request services in the areas of:
       • Photography
       • News Events
       • Advertising
       • Publications
       • Phone Announcement(s) for Message on Hold System
       • Videos

To ensure that your needs are met, it is very important that you remember to provide as much advance notice as possible.  Allow a minimum of 2 weeks to ensure that your needs are met. However, the more comprehensive the project, the more time is required for planning and implementation.

In addition, we recommend that you communicate with the campus community through various other channels, as applicable, including:
       • EGSC webpage
       • Online calendar of events
       • E-mails
       • Social media, such as Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
       • Flyers
       • Campus TV
       • In-class announcements

What type of project is required?*
Please choose the type of project with which you're requesting assistance.
Make sure to include date, time and location for event-related requests.

If this request is related to an event, have you submitted an event request?*
Allow at least 2 weeks for your project or 4 weeks if requesting a video.
