East Georgia State College 50th Anniversary Disc Golf Tournament scheduled for April 15

East Georgia State College (EGSC) is hosting a Disc Golf Tournament to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the College. The tournament will be held Saturday, April 15, at EGSC’s Piney Woods Disc Golf Course on the Swainsboro campus.
EGSC’s Piney Woods Disc Golf Course is both challenging and fun, with mature trees and a naturalized atmosphere, alongside a beautiful pond near the Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center. The 5,280-foot course begins at the gazebo side of the pond and winds through the perimeter of the pond.
Tournament check-in will begin at 9 a.m., and the tournament will start at 10 a.m. The 50th Anniversary Disc Golf Tournament will be a recreational one-round singles tournament. Registration for the event is free and open to the public.
