Change of Campus Location
East Georgia State College currently has four locations to serve students (Augusta, Statesboro, Swainsboro, and online). EGSC students indicate the location they plan to attend at the time they apply or reapply for admission.
Students who wish to change their location after their first semester or anytime during their enrollment may do so by completing the Declaration of Change Location form that is available on your MyEGSC student portal to be submitted it to the Office of the Registrar. This request for change must be approved by Financial Aid Office, Business Office and the Office of the Registrar.
- The must be submitted for review at least 2 weeks prior to registering for an upcoming term. (Please refer start to the Academic Calendar for start dates).
- A Change of Location form may only be processed once an Academic Year.
Change of Program of Study
EGSC students select their program of study at the time they apply/reapply for admission. A student desiring to change from one program of study to another should do so prior to the start of a new semester to ensure they are registering for the correct courses for that Major.
