You are a New Freshman If You:

- Are a graduating senior in an high school or home school program.
- Graduated less than five years ago and haven't started college yet.
- Earned qualifying scores on the GED, HiSET or TASC and would have graduated in the past five years.
- Have earned less than 30 transferrable hours from prior institution(s).
Admissions Steps

- Apply online: Complete the admissions application.
- Submit your high school transcript: East Georgia accepts transcripts through electronic transcript services such as GA Futures, Parchment, National Student Clearninghouse, or Scoir. Please do not fax or email transcripts. You may mail your transcripts or drop them off in person. They will be considered
official as long as they remain in the original, sealed envelope from the school.
- Haven’t graduated? Send us your current transcript. You will be requested to send your final transcript with graduation date once you’ve completed high school.
- Took Dual Enrollment courses? Sumbmit a transcript by contact the registrar's office at the institution you earned the credit.
- If you have SAT or ACT scores, they can be sent to EGSC from College Board or ACT.
